We store your account data (e-mail) and the purchases linked to your account in this portal. If you sign in with Google, we receive your e-mail and name from Google; Google processes the sign-in under its own policy.

Payment data is handled by Paddle and never reaches our servers.

The portal uses only the cookies it needs: one to keep you signed in and one for your language. The payment provider Paddle may set a security cookie of its own when prices or the payment window are shown. We use no advertising cookies.

We measure how the portal is used (pages visited, clicks, videos played, device and country) with PostHog, a processor with servers in the EU. This measurement stores nothing in your browser: no cookies and no local storage. While you are signed in it is linked to your account.

Independent of that banner, the portal records what happens to your account on the server: that you signed in, which files you downloaded or videos you started, and your purchases. We need it to run the service and to look after your access.

If you write to us through the support form, we use your e-mail, the text of the message and technical details about the page and the browser only to deal with your question. The message goes to our support e-mail address and is not stored anywhere else.

Notes you write on a guide are stored with your account (the text of the note, the part of the guide it is about and its language). A note marked as a mistake or a question is also sent to our support e-mail address, and a mistake can also be sent to Sentry (a processor, EU region) together with your e-mail. The form behind the button "Report a problem" sends to Sentry only what you write in it, the optional screenshot, your e-mail, the address of the page and technical details of your browser, and only when you submit it. Sentry records nothing else on this portal.
