Terms of sale

The seller is Snail Rollers s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 23380551, registered office Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, entered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 426173. Contact: support@spooler.cz.

The Spooler files (3D models, drawings, guide, bill of materials) are digital goods delivered by download after payment.

Access is personal and tied to your account. You may build Spoolers for your own use. Resale of the files, or of units built from them for sale, needs a separate written license.

The files are provided as is. You build and use the device at your own risk: it contains a lithium cell, so follow the safety notes in the guide.

Access is granted immediately after payment: the files and videos can be downloaded at once. The digital content is delivered immediately, so the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in the Czech Republic Section 1837 of the Civil Code). No refund is given after access has been granted, see the refund policy.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment.
