Step 1
Encoder head
- Base 011d with the 0.96" display, the AS5600 board and the button.
- Spring pusher with a roller on two 624 bearings.
- The wheel with the magnet turns on an M4x40 between two bearings.
Step 2
Rollers
- Aluminium M8 axis, 71 mm long, 15 mm of thread at both ends.
- Two 608-2RS bearings, 8x12 and 8x16 washers, a nylon or printed roller.
Step 3
Body
- Battery holder and lid, K2469 latch, arms joined with three M5x50.
- Front part with the K2468 catch and two bases with Packout holders.
Step 4
Electronics
- Board in the BOARD_HOLDER, four JST connectors.
- Lay the cables in the channels and fix them, do not pinch them when closing the arms.
